What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear this! Please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement.
